Regulatory Supervision
Nyrstar is subject to the listing requirements of Euronext Brussels and the supervision requirements of the Belgian Banking, Finance & Insurance Commission (CBFA).
Code of Business Conduct
Whilst we conduct our business within the framework of applicable professional standards, laws, regulations and internal policies, we also acknowledge that these professional standards, laws, regulations and internal policies do not govern all types of behaviour. As a result, Nyrstar has developed a Code of Business Conduct for all Nyrstar people and sites.
