Paul Fowler has an extensive career in the minerals and petrochemicals sectors working in senior management positions for British Petroleum (BP) for fifteen years.
Paul was chief executive officer of Fletcher Challenge Forests in New Zealand for four years.
In 2002 Paul moved to Melbourne to bring Pasminco's assets out of administration.
In 2004 Zinifex was created by purchasing the best of the Pasminco assets; Paul was chief operating officer until recently becoming chief executive officer of Nyrstar.
