Graduates participate in a structured two-year program that develops both their technical and interpersonal skills. During the two-year program you will be involved in challenging on-the-job assignments and projects, as well as leadership and personal development. There will be opportunities to work on a range of exciting and technically challenging business problems at three sites, Balen/Overpelt (Belgium), Auby (France) and Budel (Netherlands) on a 12-month rotation basis. Your professional growth will be nurtured with formal mentoring and support from our experienced professionals.
