Balen, Belgium (16 April 2008) - Nyrstar NV (the "company"), the world's largest producer of zinc metal and alloys, has published its 2007 Annual Report, which is available on the company's website (www.nyrstar.com).

 

Nyrstar's Annual General Meeting of Shareholders is scheduled for Wednesday 30th April 2008 in Auditorium Fortis, Kanselarijstraat 1, 1000 Brussels, Belgium at 10:30am Central European time.
