Your new role:

Working as part of a collaborative HR team, the HR Business Partner will be responsible for all generalist HR activities including managing the end to end recruitment processes, learning & development, interpretation / application of agreements and conditions of employment together with employee relations and industrial relations. You will also manage value add HR projects which develop employee engagement and foster a high performance culture. This role will provide development opportunities in a flexible and responsive environment.

What you'll need to succeed:

You will have proven HR generalist experience at the Business Partner level ideally from an industrial environment or similar. You will have capable employee relations and industrial relations skills together with contemporary knowledge of HR practices. You will be customer centric with a proactive approach to continuously improving processes and will have excellent stakeholder management skills
