Acquisition of own shares
The Nyrstar board of directors' authority to acquire own shares was most recently renewed at the Extraordinary General Meeting dated 22 May 2012.
Shareholding notification obligation
Any shareholder holding, directly or indirectly, voting rights equal to 3% or more of the existing voting rights have to declare this shareholding to the company and to the Belgian Financial Services and Market Authority (FSMA). Any rise or fall below the first threshold of 3% and thereafter the threshold of 5%, 7.5%, or any multiple of 5% is subject to the above mentioned notification
