Ricardo Paulo
Chief Business Services OfficerRicardo Paulo has more than 25 years of experience in logistics and operations.
He joined Nyrstar in 2019 as Global Head of Logistics and Business Execution and was appointed Chief Business Services Officer in 2026. In this role, Ricardo oversees logistics and business execution, raw materials planning, procurement, and EU commercial matters.
Before joining Nyrstar, Ricardo held positions including Regional Operations Manager for LATAM at Impala Terminals and Global Logistics Continuous Improvement Manager at Bunge.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, a master’s degree in Management, and a postgraduate degree in Logistics and Customer Service.
