Cullen Bailey is Nyrstar's Regional Head of Corporate Affairs (Australia). Prior to joining the company in March 2022, Cullen held a number of senior communications, media and strategy roles in the South Australian Government and Defence industry.

Cullen was Chief of Staff to the Minister for Environment and Water in South Australia and holds a Bachelor of Media from the University of Adelaide, Australia.
