Rick Briant

Global Head of Human Resources

Rick Briant joined Nyrstar in 2022 as Human Resources Manager for Nyrstar Port Pirie and assumed the role of Regional Head of Human Resources Australia in January 2023. In February 2024 he was appointed Global Head of Human Resources for Nyrstar.

Rick held a number of senior HR roles in large complex Australian and global organisations including mining company Rio Tinto and iron ore producer Fortescue before he joined Nyrstar.

Rick holds a Bcom. in Industrial Relations/Organisational Behaviour from Griffith University in Brisbane, Australia.
