Corporate Governance Charter
In accordance with the Belgian Corporate Governance Code, Nyrstar has developed the following documents detailing the governance structures, procedures and policies in place.
Nyrstar is subject to the listing requirements of Euronext Brussels and the supervision requirements of the Belgian Financial Services and Markets Authority (FSMA).
Whilst we conduct our business within the framework of applicable professional standards, laws, regulations and internal policies, we also acknowledge that these professional standards, laws, regulations and internal policies do not govern all types of behaviour. As a result, Nyrstar has developed a Code of Business Conduct for all Nyrstar people and sites.
